Fajitas

We had leftover margarita mix in the fridge, so I thought, why not have fajitas for dinner?!? You can see the way my mind works :)

Steak was on sale at the grocery store, so steak fajitas it was! I bought an avocado to make homemade guacamole and lots of peppers and red onion. I decided to try a new salsa from our local specialty sauce company Don Juan...it was hot!! Nick grilled the steak and the peppers, and with the help of whole wheat tortillas they quickly disappeared!
